Kia is a Director and Co-founder of Aspire Residential Liverpool. With a background in family law, Kia has acquired years of experience in building and managing client relationships. She also has over a decade of property management experience and recognises the importance of reducing the pressure faced by landlords whilst protecting their assets. In addition, Kia recognises the importance of establishing quality working relationships with tenants and prides herself on providing excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants.

Mike is the founder and Managing Director of Aspire Residential. In Mike’s own words, “I set up Aspire because I wanted to provide a higher level of personalised service to clients. Our senior team deals with every aspect of the sales process from first meeting to closing the sale. You can be confident that you are in safe and experienced hands at every step of the transaction”

Kyle is a Property Consultant, based in the Liverpool Office. With over a decade of experience in both lettings, management and sales in the Merseyside and Cheshire areas. His passion for providing a great service to both landlords and tenants has seen him win multiple awards including Best Lettings Agent in L1, Best Letting Agent in Liverpool and the 2017 Gold Peoples Award for Best Customer Experience. He also achieved over 50 5 star reviews on All Agents. When not at work, Kyle is a fitness enthusiast and also the manager of a local football team. He is one of a select group of people to have obtained his Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award, showing his commitment as an individual.

Sarah found her passion for the property industry in 2020 when she first started in Estate Agency. In Sarah’s own words “My favourite part about the job is helping people find their dream home. Being attentive to peoples needs and requirements as an estate agent is paramount to being successful”. In addition, Sarah has previously been an administrator for a large corporate company where she had to comply with various financial and government regulations. In her spare time, Sarah volunteers at the local Samaritans branch, a charity that is close to her heart. She may also be found spending time with her son enjoying swimming and eating at local independent cafes and restaurants.
